Road Safety Educational Institute Campaign

Road Safety Educational Institute Campaign November 2018 AAB promotes road safety in schools by supporting FIA Global Road Safety: “#3500 lives sign up stay safe save lives”. Campaign in Three Educational Institutions: The campaign saw active participation from: Road Safety campaign in Siddeshwari Boys High School, Dhaka Road Safety campaign in Oriental International School, Dhaka Road Safety campaign in National Public School and College, Dhaka Key Participants Teachers Students Student guardians AAB officials Lawyers Campaign Activities The campaign included several key activities to raise awareness about road safety: Distribution of FIA 10 Golden Rules among students, teachers, and guardians. A rally was held from the AAB office premises to Moghbazar Circle, with participants carrying road safety materials to spread awareness. Digital displays showcasing road safety awareness videos and a speech by the President of AAB on road safety were shown at the AAB office premises. AAB Best Driver Challenge – Zero Contact AAB Social Media 08 May 2017 In support of FIA road safety, AAB launched a road safety campaign on its social media with the slogan: “AAB Best Driver Challenge – Zero Contact”.Promoted – United Nations Road Safety Collaboration   WHO: Message of Dr Chan, Director-General, 4th UN Global Road Safety Week The UN Road Safety Collaboration is pleased to announce that the Fourth UN Global Road Safety Week will be held from 8–14 May 2017. The Week will focus on speed and what can be done to address this key risk factor for road traffic deaths and injuries.
